What is Thai massage Therapy?

Thai massage incorporates a combination of acupressure and yoga-like stretching. In this type of massage a mattress is on the floor, no oil is used and the client remains completely clothed throughout the treatment. This massage belongs to a complementary medical discipline with the focus to support the healing process and to provide well being.

Thai Massage provides a comprehensive full body massage that will leave you feeling stretched, relaxed and balanced.

The toolbox in a Thai massage treatment is quite simple, its the body and the physics: the work on muscles and accupressurepoints is performed with hands, ellbows, feet, knees and for strengthening the bones we use gravity and bodyweight throughout diffrent physical techniques (f.e. yam kaeng) followed by the indigenous Thai medicine.

This type of massage can be varied to suit a wide range of physical needs, its suitable for clients of all ages and abilities and can complement any level of exercise or activity.

Clinical trials have shown that Thai Massage can prevent bone degeneration, decrease stress, treat back pain, contribute to psychological well- being and much more...

What is foot Reflexology ?

Foot reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying pressure to different points of the foot. According to TCM these points correspond to different areas of the body, so the foot is like a body-map. Through the touch and manipulation of the foot it releases body blocks which can help to reduce stress and anxiety, reduce pain, lift mood, improve sleep and much more.
